I’m Daniella J. McCarthy, a senior program and portfolio leader, fractional advisor, and speaker focused on AI adoption and change management. I help organizations and the people who build them create better operating systems, so the strategy on the slide becomes the way people actually work.

For the past decade, I’ve worked inside PMOs across EdTech and higher education, leading SaaS, CRM, and ERP implementations. My difference is when change management starts: at initiation, not the week before go-live. Adoption is built into every phase, from the first kickoff to well after launch. That’s why my projects stick, whether it’s a $40M portfolio spanning 14 departments or a $25M ERP implementation I stood up from scratch, team and all.

I’ve also worked directly with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs on business operations and strategy, helping them put real structure behind their growth. My work spans education, nonprofit, government, corporate, and small business. Different industries. Different scales. Same truth.

That matters more now than ever. AI is changing roles, workflows, and how decisions get made. Buying the tool is the easy part. Building the trust, readiness, and structure that get people to use it is the real work.
