Menopause Navigator

Introducing

AI-Powered Menopause Health Navigator

Helping women understand what’s changing in their health, and walk into every appointment prepared to be heard.

Her experience. Her baseline. Her data. Her choice.

Why I’m building this

Here’s why I’m building it. My body started changing and I didn’t know where to go or who to ask. I didn’t know I was in perimenopause until I saw a woman online describing my exact symptoms. No woman should have to piece that together alone. This helps you track what’s happening and walk into your appointment knowing what to say.

“I didn’t even know which doctor to go to.”

Half the population. A fragmented experience.

0.0 billion

menopausal and postmenopausal women worldwide by 2030 (projected)

26%

of all women and girls worldwide were 50 or older in 2021, up from 22% a decade earlier

She has more information about her health than ever, spread across apps, devices, portals, and search results. None of it talks to each other. None of it tells her what’s changing for her. And none of it helps her walk into that appointment and be heard.

The problem isn’t a lack of information. It’s that no one is connecting it, translating it, and putting it in her hands.

Who she is

She’s not passive about her health. She’s a self-advocate who’s tired of having to prove what she’s feeling.

She values control

Over her body, her time, and especially her data.

She's busy

She won't fill out forms every night.

She's been dismissed before

She wants to walk in prepared.

She knows herself

She's done being told her experience is “normal” when nothing about it feels normal.

She doesn’t want an AI doctor. She wants an ally.

AI at the heart of the experience

Listens

She shares her experience her way, without endless forms.

Learns

It gets to know her, not an average woman.

Translates

It turns her experience into language her provider can act on.

Guides

It keeps her engaged and supported between appointments.

Designed to inform and prepare, never to diagnose or replace clinical care.

The output

The Menopause Health Brief™

A clear, provider-ready summary of what’s changed and the questions she needs answered. She stops reconstructing her history from memory. Her provider gets a focused picture in minutes, not a scattered conversation.

  • No more reconstructing her history from memory
  • Her provider gets a focused picture in minutes
  • She decides what's shared, and with whom

Her data stays hers

We will never sell her individual health data. She decides what’s shared, and with whom.

Her experience. Her baseline. Her data. Her choice.
